• Magnolia Plantation- This is a bit farther out from actual Charleston. Plan for an extra day to visit this historical site.

We highly recommend visiting in the spring time between Feb-May, to ensure the weather is not too hot or humid. 

What to Pack:

• If you plan to dine at a more upscale experience, it is best to pack a formal jacket for men, and dress or two for women. 
• Comfortable walking shoes, jeans, t-shirt will be perfect to get you out and about where you want to go. 
• Packing a small purse or backpack to roam around with is a great idea so you can maximize your time exploring the different streets, bars, and restaurants. 
• Camera! There will be an incredible amount of photo ops of historical sites so don't forget it!
• Extra charger for your phone (which can also double as your camera)
• Sunglasses and hats to shade from that beautiful Southern sun,
• TIP: Leave a little extra room in your bag to fly home some souvenirs!

This is ONE FUN TOWN! So much to do, see, dance to, that 3 days is a great base for your first trip to this historical city. 

• The National WWII Museum - This Museum is the second largest in the world and is an immersive experience. It is so incredible that you may need two days to really enjoy all it has to offer.    San Antonio is chalk full of colonial history, and has incredible restaurants! Grab your cowboy boots but don't forget the walking shoes to explore this magical town. The best time of year to visit is during FIESTA, an annual celebration of the community full of parades, and action around every block!
